Edgy Conservative Kids

I am sorry gang. I could not think of a better name for this article. Of course, as you can tell, today's topic will be about kids who are conservative. They may also be edgy.
The first thing I want to do is try to define the term "edgy". It's one of the terms that I understand, but I can't really explain. If you showed me a kid I could tell you whether he was edgy or not. Here's my best try: Someone who is edgy tries to stick out against the popular belief. Edgy people try to stray from the norm.
I know many kids who can be defined with said term, and I'm sad to inform you that I once was one of these kids as well.
I don't know if these kinds of kids are prevalent in other states, but I know they exist here in Bellevue.
The majority of Bellevue's population is left or at least leaning. These kids are right because it strays from the norm, being left.
Of course there are right people in Bellevue, but these kinds of kids try to emphasize their opinions. They purposely say things that they know will trigger people. They purposely bring up controversial topics.
Now with BLM being quite the controversial topic, I noticed more and more people say this phrase: "All Lives Matter".
I know that in the previous article I have used this phrase, but I don't mean the same thing.
Most of them also have the same thing in common: They all watch Ben Shapiro.
I'm not quite sure what Shapiro does, I just know that he goes around the country talking about his right-side thoughts. Some of them make sense, but others don't. I won't get into what he says, because that would make this article really long as well as controversial. Anyways, he has a catchphrase: "Facts don't care about your feelings". This seems to resonate among these conservative kids. They'll try to say things that they believe are factually sound, and if it hurts someone's feelings, they'll say Shapiro's catchphrase.
I used to believe everything that Ben Shapiro said, and I would get into heated arguments with people based on things that he said. I'm glad to say that at least I didn't go to the point where I actively seek out arguments or hurt people's feelings on purpose.
These kinds of kids are also smartasses. I don't mean that they are the smartest of their generation, but that they will always find witty responses to things. They will say things that will annoy people.
There are also some of these kids who self branded themselves as communist. Well I know a few kids at my school who did that. They learned the communist anthem and would sing it everyday. Here's what confuses me: Communism is a left-side idea, but these kids are also right-side.
I knew they weren't serious about politics. They just do whatever makes them edgy, whether that be leaning right-side or being a communist.
Well that ends it for today's blog. Thanks for reading!

Being Short

Being short sucks doesn't it? Every time you talk to your peers you have to look up. It hurts the neck. Doesn't it suck walking through a bunch of people and only seeing the back of the person in front of you, not what's up ahead?  Don't you hate it when you really like to play basketball but you're short, making it so that you can't get some rebounds or shoot some shots that you could make if you were taller? You have to take more effort on getting space between you and the defender when you could just shoot the ball from wherever if you were taller.  Being tall gives you more confidence. You can appear more attractive. By social norms, the boyfriend should be taller than the girlfriend. That kind of sucks, because when you're short there are very few that are shorter than you. That's my rant! I am Albert Einstein.

Muscles and Working Out

I am seriously at a lack of ideas for blog-writing. So today, I'll talk about something I have only started doing, working out. I gotta say, working out consistently has been one of my long-time goals. I remember last summer I started working out everyday, but that only lasted for 11 days. It was interrupted because I had to go to a camp. After that, I never found the determination to start working out. I would suddenly work out one day but those days only came once a month, maybe even less. One of these days happened during quarantine. But it wasn't like the others. I kept working out. I don't know why I kept a routine on during quarantine but not during any other time. Perhaps it was because online school gave me a lot more time to do things I wanted to do. Either way, I started working out. I adjusted my work out based on things that I saw on youtube. For the first month I only focused on upper body. Only now am I starting to do lower body. Of course during this time...

Current Stuff

Some interesting stuff has happened recently. Mainly one. There's a teen in Kenosha, Wisconsin. More accurately, he drove to Kenosha Wisconsin, then proceeded to shoot and kill two BLM protesters. Here's what happened, based on what I know. He drove over from his house with an assault rifle. He was treated as a friend by police and was given water, probably because he was one of the few who actually supported them there. They saw him with an assault rifle. He then killed two people. The police of course heard this, but didn't act on it. He then walked back into his car and drove home. Now he's facing charges and a ton of backlash. I know this will also impact his college. What I just don't know is how people are supporting someone like this. His name is Kyle Rittenhouse. He wasn't even defending himself. He doesn't live there. He drove in from his own house to  Kenosha and shot two people. Tucker Carlson and Steven Crowder have actively defended him. Carl...
