I am seriously at a lack of ideas for blog-writing. So today, I'll talk about something I have only started doing, working out. I gotta say, working out consistently has been one of my long-time goals. I remember last summer I started working out everyday, but that only lasted for 11 days. It was interrupted because I had to go to a camp. After that, I never found the determination to start working out. I would suddenly work out one day but those days only came once a month, maybe even less. One of these days happened during quarantine. But it wasn't like the others. I kept working out. I don't know why I kept a routine on during quarantine but not during any other time. Perhaps it was because online school gave me a lot more time to do things I wanted to do. Either way, I started working out. I adjusted my work out based on things that I saw on youtube. For the first month I only focused on upper body. Only now am I starting to do lower body.
